Where to Find Every Player House and Hub in Forza Horizon 6
1. The Main Player Hub: The Estate
Instead of one pre-built mansion, the Estate is your ultimate customizable hub. Think of it as your personal mountain valley playground:
Location: A crater-like valley just off the main mountain ranges.
Customization: Build garages, place multiple cars, decorate the space, and even create your own permanent race tracks.
Social Features: Convoy members and friends can walk around your garages and admire your car collection in real time.
This is your main anchor point for all progression and social activity in the game.
2. Purchaseable Player Houses
There are 8 unique houses across Japan, each acting as a fast travel node and providing fully customizable garages. Here’s where to find them:
House Name Map Location Feature
Yashiki Player House Tokyo City Region Premium urban hub with neon lights, perfect for city events.
Mt. Haruna House Mt. Haruna Drift Route Garage right next to popular touge battle zones.
Bandai-Azuma House Bandai-Azuma Pass Another drift-focused property for mountain racing.
Northern Alps Lodge Japanese Alps Instant spawn access to snow tracks and off-road courses.
Other Mountain Properties (x3) Various Alpine/Touge Locations Fast travel + local garage for technical mountain roads.
Kyushu Coastal Villa Southern Japan coast Quick access to coastal racing and cross-country routes.
Each house can be decorated, and layouts can be shared with the community via codes, so you can show off your custom garages.
3. Open-World Car Meet Hubs
Instead of menu-based meetups, FH6 brings physical open-world hubs where players can gather, race, and trade tunes:
Hub Name Map Location Specialty / Feature
Horizon Festival Main Stage Central Plains / Airport Massive drag strip, good for high-speed events.
Daikoku Parking Area (PA) Tokyo Highway / C1 Loop JDM culture hub, great for head-to-head meets.
Okuibuki Parking Area West Honshu, near Alps Tight mountain lot focused on drift meetups.
Drive in, see other players, swap liveries, or start races immediately.
4. Endgame Hub: Legend Island
Once you reach the Horizon Qualifiers and earn your Gold Wristband, you unlock Legend Island:
Exclusive Region: Separate from the main map.
Content: Unique tracks, high-level events, and elite challenges.
Purpose: Designed for top-tier players looking for advanced racing and time attack content.
It’s the ultimate playground after completing most of the main game.
Pro Tips:
Spread your houses across biomes for maximum fast travel efficiency. For example, keep one in Tokyo for city events and one in the Alps for mountain runs.
Use your Estate not just for showing off, but for creating practice tracks to fine-tune your drift and time attack skills.
Car Meet hubs are perfect for picking up high-level tunes and liveries before major races.
With these hubs and houses mapped out, you can explore Japan efficiently, dominate the drift zones, and always be near a social hotspot or fast travel point.
